Health and Wellness is a big market. It is said it will be the next trillion dollar industry. We can look all around us and see why. People simply don't have the same foods that we used to have. Things like over farming have depleted the minerals from our top soil. Then we have many foods that are over processed. Then there is our fast food lifestyle. Many people are on the run and no longer have the time to prepare a home cooked meal.  We have obesity on the rise. Many of the problems are cause by a few bad habits. So if we took a step to change these habits. We could change our lives. Lets look at three areas. 1. Weight Management,  2.  Energy, and 3. Inflammation Management.  We could all take a few simple steps toward better health.  One thing that I am using for weight management is the Evolv shake.
