As a booking agent you will be responsible for helping new and repeat clients in planning and booking their vacation - from a romantic getaway, family vacation, honeymoon, weekend getaway, European dream vacation, or anywhere else in the world - You will be working with several of the major vendors; including, but not limited to cruise lines, hotels/resorts, airlines, theme parks, and SO MUCH MORE!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Research, create, and execute personalized itineraries

*Take secure payments and apply them to your client's bookings and reservations

*Effectively communicate in a timely manner with client inquiries and pre/post travel

*Attend ongoing (live) trainings

*Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry and with the travel protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Effective communication skills

*Positive attitude, trainable, and willingness to learn

*Cell phone or laptop/computer with reliable internet

*Personal travel experience is a huge plus
