My name is Amber and here is my story I would love to share....

A year ago I started a journey that has completely changed my life. I never thought I could COMMIT, DEDICATE, & PUSH MYSELF the way I have. I have cried many tears and I have smiled way more then I ever have! But it started with my first step that was the scariest part...taking the first step sounded easy but I knew if I took that step I was never going back. 

Before my first step I was so unhappy with myself, I let my past effect where I was, I was only pounds away from being 300, I gave up on my health, I did not give my kids a mother they so badly deserved, I was always so tired and honestly I just wanted to sleep my days away just to get done with the next to do it all over again...I was living a cycle of unhappiness and I was lost...
