Two questions:

1. What is the most important thing you possess and is directly under your control?

A. That is correct – your health; without which you will feel miserable or worst and your quality of life is dubious at best!

2. Have you heard of Doctor Oz?

A. Good; the man and his talents were touted to no small ends by Ms. Oprah herself. Many folks are spamming others and falsely claiming Dr. Oz is promoting some brand of diet pills, supplements, etc.

Dr. Oz, on his own TV show is zealously fanning the flames of the antioxidant benefits of the ‘WILD’ Alaskan Blueberries. He had his crew even created a video to complement same.

Nitric Oxide occurs naturally in our veins and arteries and is responsible for the transition of nutrients from our blood to enter the cells and allows the waste to be eliminated.
