“What Does It Take To Make It In Network Marketing”?
When you think of network marketing, what do you think of? Do you have images in your mind of how to get rich quick or going to sleep broke and waking up wealthy? Get rid of those images right now! “Network marketing is not a get rich quick scheme”. It is an opportunity for you to earn money working for yourself on a part- or full-time basis. You work hard to succeed in what you are doing now, right? Now the questions are, what do you need to succeed for yourself? “What does it take to make it in Network Marketing”? How can you become a top-earner?
1. This is an investment. Research the company before jumping in head first. Research the industry the company is in. Look for the stability of the industry, the company, and the founder before you make any decisions. Let’s be honest here, would you just buy a car or a house without the proper research? Then ask yourself how much money you are willing to invest in your business to have the freedom that you’ve always desired.
2. Is this product in demand? What is the demand for the products you will sell? Is this just a fad? Are people really asking for this? Also, is this something that people will want… and if it’s a new product what is potential growth for the product or service?
3. The Compensation Plan. You are investing your hard earned dollars into this. When it’s time for payment, you need to know if the return is worth it. Are there bonuses if you exceed the expectations?
4. Look at the company support. Does the company have meetings, conference calls, and other training methods? Will you have someone to call if you have questions? Most companies come with training systems in place to give to new members. However, if you come across something that is confusing, make sure you have a mentor in place to guide you as much as possible.
5. Actually know your business and your products. How can you convince anyone of this amazing opportunity, if you don’t know the business and the perks of being your own boss? How can you convince anyone of these amazing products if you don’t know? Therefore learn everything about your business in your back office. Knowing how to answer questions about your products and services are key to your success with your business.
6. Learn from your mentor so you can become a great mentor. Your mentor helped you out greatly, so be great to your down line. If your down line is succeeding and winning, so are you!!! Be a listening ear, so you can keep everyone on the right path. Whatever your mentor did to help you achieve your goals, do the same for the ones under you.
7. The internet is your online funnel. Use it to find your target market there are Billions of people online. There are people out there looking for the exact opportunity that you have. More importantly stop chasing your family and friends that don’t share your vision. Never limit yourself to your immediate area it’s thousands of people online looking for what you have.
8. Build a website or outsource to have one made. Have a “contact us” form to join the business. This is one of the best ways to capture a lead that visits your website. Within your website, add an auto-responder, and be sure to follow-up with people who opt-in saying that they are interested in joining the business.
9. Market the product and the business. Start with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram they are the perfect places to market your business to get the word out there so that people can find you. You already invested your money, so it’s time to invest your time in your business to obtain your goals.
10. Remember that job that you want to get away from? Don’t quit just yet. Keep going until you have a steady income, use that job by putting some money aside to grow your business. Don’t quit your day or night job until you are indeed a success.
“Network marketing” can be easy if you learn the right skill set, it’s the fastest way to reach your goals and what you put into it is what you'll get back!! Yes, it will take hard work and dedication from you for this to work. But there are tons of success stories from people who have mastered this field. All of them have worked hard and gave it their all to get to where they are today. If you have a bad day or moment, that is fine; just don’t give up. Keep pushing until you reach your goal. When something works for you, teach your team how to duplicate those same step that lead to your success.
