Our philosophy is the free market system. There are many people in this world who prefer a normal, routine job, (just over broke) , but we are not among them! Many of us sacked our bosses years ago ! We are looking for like-minded people who want to have the freedom of being self-employed but desire the stability and support of a solid UK company. With the exception of our administrative team, all of our people are independent contractors on a commission basis. We like it that way- no bosses, no nine to five. Freedom with personal discipline.
We get paid for results. Many of our part time people make an extra £500 - £1,000 per month. Others make much more. Our top full time person, earned over £100,000 in his first year, full time, You tell us how much you need to earn, and we will help you design a programme and work schedule to accomplish that.
Genistar is definitely not for everybody. Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit, not looking to be controlled? Are you becoming frustrated that at your present position it will take far too long to reach your goals and dreams? We are looking for the right people, who want to be Somebody Special. It is imperative that our people be: 1) honest, 2) enjoy helping others, and 3) love to compete!
Like any career in the Financial Services Industry, there is training and course work. We supply most of the training and materials. However, we want to know who is serious- minded. As a result we require a £140 fee that goes to offset training, materials, money-laundering checks, background checks, address verifications, FCA authorisation, etc.
This fee is 100% refundable within the first two weeks should you change your mind for any reason.
Genistar is regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority # 472050. We are registered with the Office of Fair Trading and have a Consumer Credit Licence. We are an approved distribution company working with some of the finest names in the financial services Industry
How can I find out more ?
The first step is where most people come to one of our Company Overviews in one of our local offices to learn about who we are and what we do and the various opportunities within Genistar. This means we won't waste your time or ours with a series of one-on-one interviews only to discover that there is no mutual interest.
Secondly, after the Company Overview, if we both like what we see, then the next step is a one-to-one interview to answer each other's questions and get to know each other better.
