Why I Joined Monat
If you have ever dealt with severe cradle cap and eczema issues on your child, you know the agony. My son is 3 1/2 years old and has had these issues since he was born.
Doctors just kept telling me to soap the hair up good and use a circular motion with the brush to break down the scabs. The hair and body wash that the hospital gave us I figured was safe (wrong!) but I did venture out and try other products that were supposed to be for issues like this. You know what? Nothing worked, my son would cry during hair washes and he would end up with a bloody scalp. FINALLY, in September 2017, I came across someone selling MONAT. Since it was created to help hair growth, I got a system for my mom to try on her alopecia and I got the Junior system for Conner. In 2 washes... TWO!!! His scalp issues were drastically improved... after the third wash... it was GONE!! MONAT has been a godsend to us. As long as we continue to use the Junior Gentle product line, his scalp stays healthy and clean.
MONAT kids line products are specially formulated for the hair of a child, which is usually a lot more thin and breakable than ours. The line includes a shampoo, conditioner, and detangler. They are non-toxic, tear-free, and don’t contain any nasty parabins or sulfates that you find in drugstore brands.
I have tried many products on Conner since birth for his cradle cap. He is 3 1/2 now and has battled cradle cap and eczema this whole time. A few months ago I came across this Junior line and figured what the heck, may as well try it! I am so glad that I did because it cleared his cradle cap up within 2 washes! It hasn’t returned either as long as I keep washing with it. I love how soft and shiny it leaves his hair too along with the fact that it is a natural product!

I think the cradle cap is getting better! Doesn't seem to be as thick as before.

My daughter’s hair was trashed today after sleeping on it but even when I brushed it it wasn't crunchy and didn't have her screaming! That's a win from all angles!!

And YES! Even boys can benefit from the detangler after those crazy sleeping nights when they wake up with their hair in a million different directions!
