Never join a company that requires you pass up an enrolled person.

Why would you want to belong to a company where you have to give away the first person you enroll because that is usually a good friend or family member? 

Would you not rather work with that person, mentor them yourself rather than give them to someone else to mentor? Of course you would. 

There are so many companies out there just like that. They want you to give away your first enrolled member and they call it mentoring fees. 

If a person or business is out there for their members, mentoring should be a pleasure, a gift they give without expecting to be paid in return. If the company’s compensation plan is set up properly, the person doing the mentoring automatically gets paid when the enrolled person brings in other members.

There are so many business and people in the networking market that do not understand what it means to becoming TRULY SUCCESSFUL. They do not understand that the more people you help to be successful and the more successful you are in the end and that is not done by taking away their first enrolled member. In fact that tactic can be very discouraging and in many cases down right disheartening to both the person who did the enrolling and the person they enrolled.

I know what this is like, as I enrolled with a company and that is exactly what they required I do, I enrolled someone and we were so looking forward to working together until such time as it was disclosed that I would lose my enrollee that we both quit. If the company had not done that, we would have worked together and bolstered each up, who know how far we would have gone and how successful we would have become.

Never in my life time will I ever again belong to a company whose compensation plan is set up that way.
