Does attraction marketing really work in Network Marketing?

All of us have been in a business where we join and burn through our list of family and friends shoving our product or opportunity down their throat. It's really not a fun place to be. Most opportunities or teams that we join have successful people above us who just seem to be crushing it.

What I have learned is often times these people are incentivizing others to join them and have the money to do so. This isn't the case for the vast majority of people who are in the network marketing industry. 

With so much misinformation out there telling us to do all the wrong things it can be very difficult to create massive momentum and consistency within our business. 

I've spent years and A LOT of money taking courses and trainings to learn how to properly brand and build my business in a manner that's not pushing something on people who are not interested in what I have to offer. It all boils down to attraction marketing. This is leveraged in a variety of ways and one of my favorite and most effective ways is through creating curiosity throughout my social media platforms. 

Attraction marketing is amazing and produces amazing results. There is still one big elephant that is left in the room though.

I bet you're wondering what that is huh?

Well it's actually something that we can often overlook. While leaders may be spending money on courses and self development to grow their businesses, this isn't really duplicatable with new people or those who haven't been taught to build the correct way. I am not saying don't leverage attraction marketing. What I am saying is how can you utilize attraction marketing in a manner that not only you but everyone within your organization is able to maximize its power!

This is what we have done within our team and the results are absolutely amazing.

Here are a 3 steps that you can take to really help your team create duplication and momentum.

1. Have a simple system in place to move prospects throughout the process from being interested to informed all the way to becoming a customer or rep. We teach our team a simple system that's called ATM. You can message me to learn more about what this is exactly and how we utilize it.

2. Have examples of posts that your team can use to start creating curiosity. The faster you're able to get your team paid the more likely they are to stick around.

3. Have a system in place to share successes and not just big ones but it's the small ones that really keep the fire lit and people going. We utilize team facebook groups for this. We have groups for business builders as well as product users and our group have a large number of members so everyone feels a massive amount of support as they are get a lot of love for the small things that are shared.

These 3 tips may not seem like much but when they are levered to the max they truly can change your entire business.
