A little information about me - I have worked in marketing for several years, was a BDC representative and got my certificates to prove I did a good job. But you can't cash a certificate, the pay flat out stunk, and the company loyalty I worked for wasn't to help ME achieve goals other than making them more money. In fact after leaving a job I worked at for 15 years, because they offered me less physical exertion, better pay and hours, and me loving the work, they laid me off and moved my position to the other side of the state.
