It's all about the fats!
My life has changed in the past 3 months since I learned about a new way of living.
Not only do I burn FAT for FUEL but I actually THINK better, I BREATHE better, SLEEP better and have way more ENERGY throughout the day. How do I do this?
I am in nutritional ketosis!
I actually started by taking pure therapeutic ketones once a day and then adjusting my diet slowly until I figured out the proper ratio of macronutrients for my body. Usually it can take a week or sometimes two weeks to get into ketosis and even longer to be fat adapted.

KETONES are our body's natural preferred fuel source. They are neuroprotective and actually provide 38% more oxygen in our bodies.
There are 3 ways to get into ketosis .
