Trying to get funded to start the process

Trying to get funded to start up a new business.. I've been working hard at trying to go back to school and getting my own buisness started. Ive tried all these systems. I must be a dummy because i can't seem to get paid.  Lol I refuse to give up. Just need a little help. Right now I'm not sure if it is possible for me to be ELIGIBLE for retirement but I don't have a job or credit card to order anything to help me get organized.  Im trying to do everything from my phone and i can't seem to get paid for anything.  Im in need of a laptop and some funds to help me get organized.  I've never had to ask for credit ive always paid cash. Now the prepaid cards I've always used are still charging me to use them. Never had a bank account only these cards and PayPal.  If your willing to hekp me get going im willing to put in the work required to get us all going. Ive got over 20 yeras customer service experience I just ptefer to work from home now. So i can go to school and spend more time with the grandbaby and my autistic son. I would also like the financial freedom to be able to go out and get myself a laptop and my handicap son a tablet. Im alsi working on getting funds for my daughter and fiancee to go to college from home as well. My fiancee is a great guy. Supporting me 100 percent he's very smart and deserves to get into college too. So im ppl ushing him for school before myself. That's the real reason I am trying to get funded.  So we can have a future. Planning on getting married in the next 6 months and dont have funds for the wedding either. We are really struggling right now. Neither of us have ever been in this situation before and thes apps that pay ain't paying me anything. Sweepstakes claim to win but i haven't received anything but click bate and circles. Im tired of running in circles.  I need help today. If anyone can hekp ir is interested in helping me figure it out
