Hi. My name is Nikki & I am a mother of two beautiful children. I also work a full time job as a Certified Nursing Assistant. It feels rewarding at times, but then I remember that my "dedication" to this field has caused me to miss out on some of my children's very precious moments & big accomplishments. It pains my heart to not be able to attend an "A-B Honor Roll" awards ceremony, or to have to miss out on chaperoning a fun field trip- all because I have to clock in on a job to provide services that I'm well underpaid to perform.
