Rainbow 9 Pty Ltd is an exciting new and innovative start-up enterprise primed and ready to make a real difference in local communities across Australia and around the world.

An ethical business with a heart for people and the planet, we are launching our flagship product RediFinder.com as a multi-functional Local Business Directory and Customer Marketplace and we need you now to play a crucial role in driving our vision forward.

We are licensing and exclusively placing Business Building Brand Ambassadors in every local Council Shire across Australia over the coming months and am interested in receiving expressions of interest in the form of a one page cover letter and brief resume.    Our first placement round is to enable launch of the product throughout NSW by the end of July 2019.  Other states will be brought online progressively between September and December 2019 with full Australian coverage by January 2020 to coincide with a major national advertising campaign to truly ignite community and consumer interest and accelerate acceptance and take-up across the country.

We will be building strength and resilience into rural, regional and urban centres through local business support, growth in local investment and jobs by facilitating the creation of a network of affiliated business partners and brand ambassadors supporting the marketing and promotional efforts of local businesses and connecting them with Redi-consumers hungry for their products or services.

What sets us apart is our commitment to putting our money where our mouth is and that is why we are donating 10% of our gross earnings to local charities and community development projects across Australia.  

Key areas of passion for us is in dealing with homelessness and poverty, domestic violence and crisis accommodation, drug and alcohol and gambling additions and all forms of social and workplace discrimination which all contribute to weakening our community spirit.

Our Products

Our flagship product RediFinder.com is a multi-functional Local Business Directory and Consumer Marketplace.   It is designed as a membership site where local businesses and consumers can engage in mutually beneficial commerce in a more personalised and memorable way.

The member experience will include the ability to find or list:

Our second and complimentary product is our Marketing Affiliate Program linking businesses and consumers with Local Brand Ambassadors in place to nurture the local experience between customers and business and assist them to gain maximum benefit from our feature rich premium membership portal.  

The Program will consist of 3 Classes of Affiliates each with varying options for generating income streams for their business.

Option 1-  is to become a Customer Affiliate

Cost:

•    Program Mgmt Fee $A100/mth  (Fee waved until revenue exceeds $100/mth)

Revenue Streams:

1.    50% of Referred Customer Spend (receive a min $5/mth per customer) - Lifetime Cookie

Lifetime Referral Commissions, Global Market Prospects as Directory service is rolled out across Australia and at least six other countries including the USA, Canada, UK, NZ, South Africa, Singapore and the Philippines

2.    50% of new Power Affiliate signups (receive $500 each) -One time on sale, Global Marketplace

3.    100% of new Customer Affiliate signups (receive $100 each) -One time on sale, Global Marketplace

Option 2-  is to become a POWER AFFILIATE

•    Program Mgmt Fee $A1000/mth or Save $2000 and pay annually $A10,000

•    (Fee waved on signup and commissions held over until revenue exceeds $1000/mth threshold )

Revenue Streams:

1.    50% of Referred Customer Spend (receive min $5/mth per customer) - lifetime referral, market NSW from August, Australia Jan 2020, global from July 2020

•    Potential Earnings - per 1000 VIP Customer Memberships = $5000/mth

2.    200% of new Customer Affiliates signups (receive $200 each) - One time on sale, global market reach

•    Potential Earnings - per 10 Consumer Affiliate Referrals = $2000/mth

3.    100% of new Power Affiliate signups (receive $1000 each) -One time on sale, Global

4.    PLUS 20% referred Power Affiliate lifetime spend (receive $200/mth Lifetime Recurring), Global 

5.    PLUS 10% of all referred TIER 2 Power Affiliates lifetime spend (each worth $100/mth)  Global

• Power Affiliate Business Model - Conservative Target earnings -  $12,000 / mth after only 6 mths

Option 3-  is to become a Business Affiliate - Local Brand Ambassador.

These affiliates are unique in that they will purchase exclusive rights to market to businesses clients within a geographically defined Local Council Shire region.   Ideally each Affiliate will live within that boundary area and have a personal connection to that community.   They will build trust and respect with their business clients through regular contact and shared marketing cooperation.  

Reward for this additional effort is that they receive 100% of all business spend on a lifetime referral commission basis.   The following is a summary of Option 3.

Costs and Conditions:
1.    Program Management Fee of $200/mth or $2000/yr (save $400)
First payment due Net 60 days from commencement

2.    Variable Exclusive Area Licence Fee based on Shire population 2016 census - Licences range in price from $70 - $390/mth and must be paid on commencement.

3.    KPI Qualifications -

•     50 new free business listings entered per day until all in Licence area included in directory.
•     minimum of 10 new business premium memberships per month.

•    100% of licenced area business spend (receive min. $30-50/mth per business) -

•    Potential Earnings - per 100 Business Premium Memberships = $3000-5000/mth

•    50% of Referred Customer Spend (receive min $5/mth per customer) -
lifetime referral, NSW now, Australia from Jan 2020, global market reach from July 2020
•    Potential Earnings - per 1000 VIP Customer Memberships = $5000/mth

•    200% of new Consumer Affiliates signups (receive $200 each) -                                                                     One time on sale, global market reach immediately
•    Potential Earnings - per 10 Consumer Affiliate Referrals = $2000/mth

•    100% of new Power Affiliate signups (receive $1000 each) -
One time on sale, global market reach immediately
•    Potential Earnings - per 5 Power Affiliate Referrals = $5000/mth

We are currently seeking to fill all Option 3 positions for NSW Australia by the end of July.  The other Australian States will roll out progressively between September and December 2019.  A national customer awareness campaign will commence in January 2020 and following successful rollout nationally we intend to launch mirror sites in USA, Canada, UK, NZ, South Africa, Singapore and the Philippines.
