I wanted to be able to change my life and the lives of my children. I went to school and educated myself and worked a 9 - 5 job. I hated dealing with the traffic and crowded trains each day; I was also carrying an extra 20 kg in weight. I hated my life, then a friend invited me to a presentation and told me it would change my life! Big statement I thought but I went along to have a look.

She was right! I was introduced to a new way of life that helped me lose 10 kg and my passion for life reignited. Not only did my life change but I have witnessed the lives of my children, grandchildren and Mum change before my eyes.

My mission is to improve the lives of others and to enhance the community already forming with the Yorhealth family. I would love for you to be a part of this incredible journey.
