Shopping American Has Never Been More Important

The heart that we are seeing these days from the medical community is amazing. I have experienced that kind of dedication. That grit to just persevere in the face of struggle. The fact is a team of doctors fought to save my life and I will forever be grateful. On Sept. 8, 2011 I found myself in the E R. I had been feeling sluggish and crazy fatigue no matter how many hours I slept. I had what seemed like the neverending headache. I had zero appetite so I was losing weight at a rapid clip. My body was slowly getting covered with bruises. These were distress signals. It was time for the hospital. That morning in the ER led to a year and a half of going in and out of the hospital, 2 incurable illnesses, and a new outlook on life. I

 I promised all that is holy that if I could live ...I would spend the rest of my life trying to help people stay well by sharing everything I Iearned about saving my own life. That started a journey to find the most effective ways to stabilize my body and make it fight for itself. It felt empowering to find ways to battle better. Finally, almost 9 years later I have a system that works and has me feeling better than before the whole episode even happened. I may have gotten sick in 2011 but I was not living a preventative lifestyle before that. I had 3 jobs, a house full of teenagers and no time to treat myself well. Even worse I had no money. It's a combination that spells physical overload. Now with everything going on I could be more grateful for the knowledge I have gained. 

So you might ask what the heck does that have to do with buying American? When everything we know to be "normal" has shifted off its access one thing has become clear. We need to support each other and our country.  I know that if it's made here then those products economically support our country.
