-Our products are second to none/third party tested
-We have the fastest growing teams
-Our company is known for "xyz"
The fact is at all this stuff if mostly filler for what actually matters in the decisions that people make when picking a company to join. What are people ACTUALLY looking for are...
-If they're able to achieve their desirable results from said company
-If the person trying to recruit them has any interest in their success
-If there are support and systems in place that will give them faster results
If all of these things aren't in place, then your chances of getting someone on your team decrease significantly. And no amount of detailed explanation of the business is going to sway them to join.
So in short, in order to attract more people to your business opportunity, you actually need to talk LESS about your opportunity.
Sounds crazy right? Have I absolutely lost my marbles? Well let me ask you a question with you pretending you're looking for a business opportunity.
What would sound more appealing to you?
If someone were to approach you, spews a massive amount of detail about their business and then tells you that you should join because of how quickly their teams are growing. They give you zero explanation about how they even acquire affiliates and instead just ramble on some more about their own results in their business.
OR...
If someone were to approach you, gives you the basics about their business, but then explains to you EXACTLY how they acquire more affiliates. And how if you join, you'll get access and training to the same system that will drastically improve the results you do get. And all it takes is for you to implement the system and put in some consistent work to make it work for you.
I don't know about you but if I had to pick between the person who vomits info about their company and why I should join versus the person who's to the point and has a proven system that will give me a major advantage over affiliates...
... It's a no-brainer in my opinion.
