Work that doesn’t feel like work - sounds to good to be true doesn’t it - but that’s what I do - as a team leader for a top direct selling and MLM company - I get to show off makeup products and handbags , clothing and perfumes all day long if I wish - whether sharing and promoting on social media from the comfort of my home, the beach or a local restaurant or out and about chatting with people. Whichever way it never feels like work. You never have that sinking feeling on a Sunday night that it’s back to work the next day. I joined my company nearly ten years ago and in that time I have been amazed by not only some of the fantastic inspirational people I have met but also by the sheer amount of fantastic opportunities our company offers - the chance to drive away a car that’s all paid for, to go on trips to amazing locations and to test some of the phenomenal products with no cost, I have been blessed with a few trips the best being a trip to Paris all expenses paid- Dinner in the restaurant in the Eiffel Tower - that was an experience. Taking in all the sights of Paris as well as the riots. Again another experience. And products which I love and use daily.
As a team leader I can work the hours to suit myself and my family meaning I’m there for the children when they need me, being able to work from home when they’re ill. And with everything possible from a smart phone, you really are able to run your business anywhere and anyway you choose to, who could ask for more, no more commuting, sitting for hours in traffic. no more having to ask the boss to come in late or leave early. I truly believe MLM is the answer to all the problems and yes you hear negative comments but realistically as I’ve always said MLM is a better structure than most workplaces as yes you have people above you but with hard work and determination you set your cap - you choose what you earn - if you want a pay rise every week you work that but harder for it - not go cap in hand to a board to ask for your raise.
