Can i show you how to succeed with MLM or D/S ? my secrets.
I have learned in the last 10 years with MLM and D/S a few things that make me successful. Here are a few of those things.
1- ALWAYS listen to every opportunity, don't just wait for your turn to talk- you never know when you find the next PERFECT business for you, or recognize a place where you can help each other out.
2- its about relationships. people join companies, yes, but they leave companies too- if you want people to join you and STAY, you need them to feel 100% that they are joining YOU and not just your company.
3. Brand yourself, let your personality show, if that means creating an introduction page like I have, or the things you say on the phone and in the email, be yourself, be consistent, be authentic and ALWAYS BE HONEST.
4. Have more than one stream of income (maybe that means some tools that are formed in MLM or d/s structure) or more than one business (that don't compete with each other)
5. Network with everyone, even the people you meet who are in the same company as you, or competing companies, you never know where your careers will take you and they might end up on your team someday, or you on theirs.
6. Facebook groups- invite people to send you the info about their company and let that be the start of conversation with them.
7. Linked in- a great place to find people you are wanting to work with, lets say you are marketing to uber drivers? food truck owners? football coaches? linked in is the BEST place to do this.
8. MESSAGE - keep it short and simple. do not send them a paragraph about all the things that your company is, and provides and such, just send a sentience or two.
9. Follow up- don't nag, don't beg and don't hound but if someone says they are interested or want more info make sure to follow up with them.
10. Let your passion and enthusiasm lead you, if you have to re-watch your company comp plan video every morning to get excited again, do it. if you have to read a chapter principals of success every morning, do it... if your passion dies for the company then your progress will slow (and sometimes stop) and you DONT want that to happen.
