Hello everyone! Who would love to join my Java Momma coffee team? We are a small family owned business out of Danville, PA. Our coffee is roasted and packaged when it’s ordered, not days or even months before. We don’t have a surplus sitting in the warehouse getting stale. We have a tea kit for $17.50 till the end of the month or a build your own kit for $20 all the time! You can join my team and receive encouragement,  team building skills, and mentoring from myself and everyone on my team. I’d love to get to know you and have you as a friend and team mate! Our baristas enjoy a 20% discount on personal orders along with a 20% commission paid weekly. The only quota that you have is one order or purchase every three months! It’s so easy to do as I order almost every month just for myself! I’d you have friends and family that are as picky about their teas and coffees, Java Momma is the coffee and tea you want them to try.  We also have started carrying cold brew coffee! It’s the BOMB!!! It’s my new obsession! We have samples of our coffees if you want to order them to try before committing to a 1/2 bag. Our sample bags are also good for vendor events or to make sample bags from! The way recruiting works for me is to get to know you as a friend first. I believe in becoming friends and building a relationship with someone before venturing into the business aspect of said relationship.
