Health is the only true wealth

I was listening to an academic recently talking on a webinar of the pre and post corona world.  He made the point that even when we get back to 'normal', it will be a new normal. Things won't get back to the way they were for a while. And that's got some silver linings to it. Unfortunately worldwide there are a spate of job losses across many sectors. People are being forced into entrepreneurship. And no doubt direct selling / mlm is part of it. My personal choice is to focus on health & wellness. If you don't have good health, then even money becomes secondary.

Whilst we have been in lockdown many people have been working remotely. Others who work in customer facing fields like beauty, restaurants etc have been forced to sit at home, with the stressful situation of little or no income coming in. Sadly some have / or will in the near future be laid off via Zoom call (I personally know of someone who experienced this just today). This time of the corona virus has forced us to reprioritize. The health of ourselves and our families is of paramount importance.

So, do whilst we practice physical distancing, and slowly get back into some sort of new normal keep your health in tip top shape. Not only with physical exercise, but with meditation, and also what you consume. Good health starts internally and radiates externally. Clear your body of toxins, feed your body with great nutrients, and keep happy too.
