I am Nancy I. Bagley, Founder and Lead Solutions Specialist for Harvard Solutions & Co. I wasn't aware of Direct Sales opportunities until Feb. 2012. I had been struggling on public assistance between jobs, earning 3 degrees, while trying to raise 4 children after the divorce. When I relocated to Virginia from PA, I was contacted by a great company offering me a position on their sales team selling affordable legal assistance and IDT protection. Having worked in the criminal justice field for 13+ years, I knew how hard it was for those without the finances to spend on a great attorney. In the Fall of 2012, I was asked to do a training for new recruits. It went over so well that I was given my own team and started my own business that following January. I was already a customer for LIFE Leadership that dealt with Financial, Personal, and Professional Development, so it was easy to combine the two using the materials I had purchased over the years. Since then, working with businesses, families, and individuals, I found a need for more services (i.e. travel, small business loans, marketing/advertising, coaching) they could benefit from and added them to my business along with workshops, seminars, and retreats. 

We are always looking for great talent and people who are tired of the 9-5 rat-race to add to my business.

Currently, we are getting ready for hosting our Veterans' Day Fall Career Fair in my area featuring only Direct Sales Professionals who are looking to build teams, get qualified leads, and get their names out there. We are also working on a Fall Career Fair for the DMV area companies to assist in helping them hire great talent. Our 2018 Spring Sales Retreat in Outer Banks will be planned soon as well, so keep an eye out for these events!
