CANARIS MLM REGISTRATION

Canaris is a Canadian financial and investment social enterprise cooperative whose Mission Purpose is to revitalize rural communities in Canada and other nations through the development of local currency unions that invest capital locally. The RIBA project is the initial instrument to achieve the goals of the Canaris Cooperative in Canada.
RIBA, Rural Infrastructure Builders Alliance, fosters local investment banking and merchant investment capital financing by integrating the local investment bank cooperative into the national banking network.
CANARIS RIBA COOPERATIVE
There are three membership levels in the Canaris RIBA Cooperative, each with its individual privileges and responsibilities in achieving the Mission of the institution. The three levels are Advocate: $1000; Associate: $5000 and Advisor: $10,000. In addition, there are government, corporate, and NGO rates. All memberships are refundable upon request except during the start-up phase and for a volunteer period of six years thereafter.
CANARIS MLM NETWORK
Alternatively, an individual may join the Canaris Cooperative by registering through the Canaris MLM Network. There are two methods or products offered through the MLM software. First, a $32 USD Newsletter subion valued at $200 USD and then a $175 USD public banking campaign location Certificate valued at $1500. Both registrations are designed to increase the size and scope of the Canaris Cooperatives memberships and to help finance our campaign to advance Public Banking in rural communities. Both registrations include the requirement to expand the network by introducing five new people and mentoring twenty-five in the Mission, purpose, and benefits, of joining the Canaris RIBA Cooperative through the network process.
THE PUBLIC BANKING PICTURE
The Public Bank movement in Canada has its basis in the cooperative movement and is modeled upon the very successful Sparkassen Banking System in Germany. Our community banking Cooperative is a non-depository financial institution designed to not compete directly with Credit Unions or commercial Big Five Canadian Banks or other private mortgage credit lending businesses.
A New Capital Merchant Investment Bank
Our new community banking cooperative shall be partially funded locally through investment and nationally through participation in the Canadian banking network. The local cooperative will operate within a fixed regional currency union district where the original investment was derived. It will invest directly into local entrepreneurs, businesses and act as an underwriter of loans from local credit unions and banks. The activity of the new capital cooperative will help attract more capital to the currency union district and make it easier to retain local capital for the benefit of the local community.
