TRAFFIC EXCHANGES - Are You Utilizing Them?
There are many methods to promote your network marketing business, and I believe traffic exchanges should be included in your marketing arsenal.
Now some will argue that traffic exchanges are a waste of time. I disagree. I believe if you use them correctly, traffic exchanges could supply you with a boatload of free targeted traffic.
Speaking of using traffic exchanges correctly. If you are going to include them in your repertoire of marketing methods, you should NEVER use your company's replicated website. The reason why is because most people who are viewing traffic exchanges are pretty much like you and I.
People are there to drive traffic to their websites. Traffic exchanges require you to surf sites and click on matching icons to accumulate point credits within a 10-15 second time frame. These point credits are later used for you to advertise your site with. The more point credits you have in your account, the more people see your site. So the person eyeballin your site on a traffic exchange won't take the time to read most of the content that's on your company's typical replicated website. Therefore never getting the attention it deserves.
That's why whenever you're using a traffic exchange you should ALWAYS use a lead capture page or sometimes it's called a squeeze page. This is basically a web page with an opt-in form to collect a prospects email address.
The trick with using lead capture pages on traffic exchanges is it should be offering something of value to persuade that person to leave their name and email address in the opt-in box. Thereby you end up creating yourself a fresh targeted lead to later follow-up with a series of emails from an autoresponder like Aweber, GetResponse, TrafficWave, etc.
I would recommend using traffic exchanges that have been around for awhile. Avoid the new kid on the block traffic exchange.
Here's a list of the top ten traffic exchanges as voted upon by various traffic exchange users around the world.
1. EasyHits4U
2. Tezak Traffic Power
3. Traffic Splash
4. Traffic Swirl
5. Froggy Hits
6. Dragon Surf
7. Traffic G
8. Hit 2 Hit
9. Traffic Delivers
10. LegacyHits
Again, when promoting your business on a traffic exchange, you should always use a lead capture/squeeze page that's tied to an autoresponder to send out a series of follow-up messages to that prospect. It is said that it takes a person exposed to a product or service seven times before they'll buy. So make sure you have an autoresponder.
If used correctly, you'll find traffic exchanges will give you great results in funneling free targeted traffic to your business opportunity.
