Probably the most important factor in determining how successful one is at mlm

You have heard it one thousand times, "interview your upline", but how many really do?

My sponsor into my company is the all-time leading income earner of the company. He is ranked 50th in the world with respect to the network marketing industry (mlm). Together me and him have over 50 years combined experience in this industry and enjoy helping others learn from our successes and our failures in the hope that it makes it that much easier for them.

This industry is not only about sharing the products, but it is very much about sharing the knowledge and the know how to either build an organization or to attract customers to not only make yourself and your company successful, but to help the industry thrive and grow into the future.

If your upline isn't there to help you and to share or help you get leads if you're in the business opportunity, then you may have picked the wrong upline to be under. The business is tough enough, but to go at it alone, makes it that much tougher and chances for success are diminished. You owe it to yourself and your future associates to make the right choice at the start and help yourself as well as them.

Your upline should have some things that are easily duplicated that help in the business and product aspects of the company.
