Here in Canada a non-Canadian can live here legally for 6 months.  This makes it a perfect summer destination for travelers to come and get away from their hectic everyday lives.  Another plus is that the American Dollar right now is strong so you can buy here and get a beautiful property for less!  Being a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada I can help you answer any questions, navigate through the process, and send you properties even though you're not here!

There are also plenty of businesses here for sale that run seasonally that you could buy for a great price, earn a decent summer and fall income, and then close down and go home!  Prince Edward Island is growing in Green Technology and the leader in farming potatoes, lobster and our Blue Shell Mussels which are famous world wide.

Amish are a growing community here on Prince Edward Island.  The plentiful land for sale and rich soil for planting crops and establish their own areas is a huge attraction to their lifestyle.  So if any Amish people are looking to relocate I would be happy to help them build a new life here.

If you love horses, and have always dreamed of having one, you could easily buy one here and board it for the winter at a local horse farm!

Summer cottages here bought by non-Canadians can even rent out their cottages when they're not here!  Some cottages here can rent out for $1,000+ a week!  That can pay your mortgage, taxes and any other expenses plus give you a decent side income!
