Don’t just let anybody join your team
In this industry, for every 100 people on your team, only 2-5 are serious. The rest are just vegging out.
This shouldn’t stress you out. Instead focus your energy, knowledge, mentorship on people who are active and moving their business forward.
What’s my business lucky number
This is not a lazy person’s business. You create your own lucky number. Most people in our industry are not committed to their business. Everyone has a different number or time. If you commit 1- 2 hours per day in 5-10 years working your business, you will certainly build your business full time. I believe this is a realistic period.
Pain fact to live with as an entrepreneur
All entrepreneurs have haters. Get used to it.If no one hates on you, you probably aren’t doing much. This is also faced by those who dress well.
Our industry in a nutshell
Your only job is to teach the person you sponsor how to teach the person they sponsored.
Develop yourself
Great leaders have big libraries, keep developing yourself. Learn more about your product line and industry insights. There are podcasts, videos, and webinars about our industry.
How to launch your business
Did you know people don’t like to be sold to? People naturally like freebies. When you are staring out don’t focus on pitching your business opportunity but your product line. Be your own best customer. When you start appreciating your own products you will develop a deep knowledge about your product line. Use that knowledge as your story line when prospecting. I don’t like having my warm market of friends and family members to be in my organisation but I engage them as my ambassadors. Give your friends freebies to sample and ask them to spread the word out.
Position Yourself as Industry Expert
I love inbound marketing because it is attraction marketing that attract your potential prospects based on the content that you post on the net. These may include blogging, vblogging or providing solutions on Q&A sites. Start blogging, There are free sites like this platform MLMgateway to get started with your blogging activities. IBOanswers is also one of free Q&A site that focus on our industry and general business. Hang out on such sites and start posting resourceful content for your audience. You will in no time be deemed as an expert in your niche as well as exposing your business to potential leads that can convert into sales.
