KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE BALL

I’ve often heard that the path to success is easy. Maybe it’s not easy but achieving success is pretty simple. Most of us complicate things because our approach comes from lack. If you want something but think you can’t get it, you probably won’t. We become what we think about and we get what we expect. The key is focus. You begin by focusing your thinking on what you want and by raising your expectations. In other words, you need to set goals and have faith in yourself.

How far you go depends on what you expect from yourself and from life. The greater your self-image, the more you’ll expect from yourself and the more success you enjoy. You have to believe that when you become more, life offers you more. Perception creates reality.

I learned that to experience success from home requires the following:

• The belief that you can do it. Perception creates reality. (Simple) 
• The desire to do it. No one can give you that. It’s totally up to you. (Simple) 
• The right map to guide you and the right vehicle (business) to get you there. (Simple) 
• The self-discipline, patience, and courage to do whatever it takes until you get it. (Simple)  

Now, didn’t I tell you that it’s pretty simple?

I believe that the number one struggle for most network marketers is prospecting. Think about how most network marketers approach prospecting. It’s an “In your face” approach. Some call it “pushy salesmanship.” Prospecting should come with the, “I have something valuable that will help others” or ”I have a solution to your problem” mindset. Most view prospecting as a need to satisfy once own wants and desires that says, “Join my team so I can make a load of money.” It’s almost an act of desperation. Do you ever wonder why people run for the hills when they see us coming?

Achieving financial independence takes attitude, desire, expertise, action, and persistence. With that mind-set and those attributes, you are unstoppable.

Prospecting is not very difficult when you know how to prospect... the right way. Now that’s a novel idea.
