Has Leadership in your company taken a turn down a Dark Road?

We all know that in order to make any money in a network marketing or MLM company, there are a few things that are not only essential but an absolute necessity.  First of all, you have to have quality products that you actually love and believe in. Now a lot of the old school MLM'ers will tell you "It's not about the product, it's about the opportunity. Push the opportunity!" That advice is so outdated. Follow that advice and you will end up with a constant turnover rate because nobody wants a closet full of stuff that they don't even use. 95% of new people in network marketing will drop out within 3 months. Why? Because that is the percentage of people who can't make enough money in those few months to justify having a closet loaded with unopened boxes of lotions, potions and pills. And try to talk someone into joining an opportunity when you can't even tell them how great the products are with a straight face.
Second, you need a generous compensation plan. This one needs very little explanation. If you're working your butt off and getting customers, you expect to be rewarded for your efforts.
Third, you have to have confidence that the company you are working for is "on your side". What does that mean? Well, it means that they DO have a generous comp plan but even more importantly, you have to know that the company that you are putting your name and face on, shares the values that you live everyday.
Unfortunately, there was a company that will remain nameless, that has alienated a massive portion of their marketers, as well as any new prospects, and they made it difficult for them to be proud of their company. (If this hits home for you, we welcome you!) And how can you convey confidence to a prospect when you know that if and when they find out what the company stands for, they will leave anyway? 
It's hard enough in this day and age to just find people who may be interested in what you have, but to have to then battle the underpinnings of the "ideology" of a company and what they stand for, it makes it near impossible to succeed. There's not many people out there that would willingly be a part of a company whose leadership endorses the use of their products for "dark, distasteful and offensive behavior".
Nowadays, it's vital to understand that having products that people NEED vs. ones that they may WANT, can be the difference between success and failure. 
Now to the main point. We are need of a select few PROFESSIONAL, experienced marketers.
