If you do that for 4 consecutive months, you’ll receive some special company recognition (on top of your pay). If you do it 4 more consecutive months, you’ll receive a $150 cash bonus (on top of your pay). And if you do it for 4 more months for a total of 12 consecutive months, LegalShield will pay you a $300 monthly cash bonus (again, on top of your pay) every consecutive month you earn those same 5 points. Or you have the option to upgrade to the monthly BMW Car Bonus and have LegalShield pay $500 a month towards it. (Most BMW are under $500!)
You’re probably wondering, what is a “PCQ point”? A point equates to 1 individual plan or 1 family plan membership sale or 1 Small Business Plan ($39 only). If you market a $89 or $149 Small Business Plan membership, they are worth 2 points each. If you bring on a new independent associate into your marketing organization, that is worth 2 points for the recruit. So if you recruit a member with an active LegalShield membership, that is considered 3 Performance Club points. You can earn the points by recruiting or just selling the membership only.
Start by becoming an independent associate for $249, which will pay for your training, upline team and corporate support, business-builder eService website FREE for 90-days, and “Business In A Box” kit with training materials, DVD’s, and 3rd party information about the benefits and various income opportunities within LegalShield. When you help 5 families or individuals get started with their own Legalshield Life Events Legal Plan membership as an Associate (the ground floor pay rate), you can easily recoup your $249 associate fee investment fee by selling only 3 plans ($39.90 Life Events Legal Plan) because the commission is $100 per membership at that level.
