We only allow female Presenters in the US at this time. It is free to join but there is no kit. We currently do not have monthly website fees We get paid every Friday via paypal for the sales made up to the Sunday before. Starting commission is 25% and a 30% personal discount. We only make commission on our 1st level downline at the moment (still a new company). It is 5% and you won't earn on them until you promote (either sell $500 in a month or $1000 over all). Once you promote you will make 35% commission. Each month after the promotion you will need to sell $100 to earn from your downline. Then, if you sell $500 in a month you will earn a 10% bonus on all sales made that month to be paid on the 10th of the next month which is when your downline overrides pay out as well.
