These two products became my top sellers, and I still remember my go-to **sales pitch**:

**"Excuse me, do you like bargains?"**

Many people responded positively, and although I didn’t earn a fortune, I gained **valuable sales experience** that would serve me well in the future.

But my entrepreneurial spirit had surfaced even earlier. At **14 years old**, I discovered a newspaper called **"GRIT"**. My mother was a fan, and I realized I could buy the papers at **wholesale prices** and sell them at **retail** for a profit. They even had **incentives** that allowed me to earn prizes! Though I wasn’t making large amounts of money, I was developing a **business mindset** in my small town of just **3,000 people**, where we had only **three traffic signals and a caution light**.

**Discovering the Power of Network Marketing**

At **19**, I attended a **sales meeting** that changed everything. I had no idea what to expect, but soon I learned a **life-changing concept**:

> **I could earn more by building a sales team than by selling products alone.**

I discovered that by **recruiting others**, I could **earn a commission from their sales**—creating **passive income**. That was all I needed to hear. I was **ALL IN!**

Over the years, I joined several companies, but my **big breakthrough** came when I found an **innovative product** that nobody had seen before. Within **five months**, I was making **over $5,000 per month**, and within **10 months**, I was surpassing **$10,000 monthly**.

I earned **all-expense-paid trips**, a **company car with an $800 monthly stipend**, and true **financial freedom**. This was in the **mid-90s**, and it set the foundation for my future success.
