Aluminum wall mounted wash lines

When I original designed the wash line i felt that must be a way to build a wash line that esthetically pleasing, functional and maintenance free. So I came up with this design that is strong enough to carry a load of more that one hundred kilo grams. It is very light weight, less than two kilo grams and is a designer wash line. One of the important aspects of this wash line was that it should be safe to use. There should not be any part of the wash line that will deteriorate like plastic joints and corners that eventually become brittle and will brake in time in our harsh South African climate and high level of UV rays. When these part eventually break the can cause serious injury to adults, children and animals because of the weigh of the mild steel that generally is use to manufacture wash lines and sharp rusted points that is caused buy such a failure. Our lines are made from aluminum that does not rust, is light wight, and no long arms that could cause injury.

Further to the design of our lines, we use a line that is UV stabilized and has a breaking strength of two hundred and eighty kilo grams. When you consider that a big washing machine can handle about twelve kilo grams, it is no match for the strength of the line we use. So no more rusting wire or steel cables and don't you hate the plastic coated steel cable when the plastic gets hard and brittle and cracks, it looks and feels ugly.
