Going from nothing to everything

So being new on here I wanted to write a little on why I got into the marketing company I am in. Btw how great is it, we can say marketing without being abused and name called and sent threatening private mails. 

I do my business as a small side line- let me tell you why. This is the first time I've ever written something like this for everyone to see. See people say to me, ' aw your always smiling and laughing' and I am, around others. Not all is as it seems though. 

Previously I was in a very abusive relationship- not physically, he never lifted his hands but very much mentally. Every day all day for 3 years- it then took a further 7 years to get to where I am today. See when you get dragged down that much and are told what to wear, how your hair should be, how to behave - you lose the person you once were and become sort of like a robot if you like, I was told i'd never be a success or make it on my own, i'd always be down where I belonged. 

I thought about writing a book about it actually.. Recently after years of being exactly there, down in the mud, I was presented this opportunity and I said, could I? nah no way I could but then I starting thinking says who? I missed wearing make up, I missed thinking about me, I miss helping people, yeah damn right i'm gonna give it a go. I made myself a promise that if I made a success of it on my first month I was gonna do my hardest and help every single person that needed help- a way out. That's exactly what I did. I didn't realise how much I would love the products at the time or how much they would really help me. Not only that- it got me socializing again, see I had cut everyone off. I couldn't speak without not being able to get my words out- as I wasn't allowed to say what I wanted for a very long time. 

That's just what I done- I've been with my company for just a little over a month and have smashed my way through every level and recruited a few amazing girls into my team who i'm also leading to smash it with full training and ongoing support. i'm leading them onto that all inclusive, all paid for holiday next year we get and not only that - i'm helping again, im making people feel absolutely great with my products and the feedback I have been getting is just incredible AND i'm also in the process of setting up my second business, which isn't marketing however it's independent !!

So don't ever let anyone tell you that you cant do something because i'm living proof that you can be at rock bottom for a very long time and make it through, and I am willing to help anyone that needs it. Love and Light xx
