MATHEWS-BACK-SURGERY.

My name is Mathew Scalese and my wife is Marie Scalese.  Our children are 5 years old Savannah and 7-year-old Jonathan.  I work hard at supporting my family.  On 03/02/17 at 05:30 I was delivering mail in Adair, ok.  I dropped a cart off the back of my truck.  The cart weighed 300 pounds that I had to lift up by myself.  I went to the work comp doctor.  A week later he did an MRI on my lower back.  He said that L5 & S1 slipped out and herniated in between.  Unfortunately, I have to get spinal fusion on S1  The recovery time is 4 to 6 months.  He put me on work man's comp.  However, I haven't received any funds to this day and it's been over a month.  I have been the only one working to support our family until I got hurt.  My wife is a stay at home mom because we can't afford daycare.  My wife is seeking employment.  My family and I might loose our rental home. If our good Lord permits we need help. These funds will help us keep our home over our children's heads.  Our situation is Very Urgent because we don't want to become homeless. I have to see another court-appointed doctor,  Then the trial comes then maybe they will find it in their hearts to start paying me the back work mans comp that they should have payed from the begining.
