Wow, where do I even begin! I have been with Essens for just under 2 months now and I’m honestly blown away with how easy and quick it was to find my feet. Training was provided which you can do at any time and we have multiple groups and chats you can opt into. This especially helped me as everyone was friendly and eager to pass down there knowledge. This is the first job I’ve worked in my life where I’ve felt like everyone on the team genuinely wanted to see me win. Every single person I work with is committed to not only growing there buisness, but helping others to do the same. I’m now apart of not only a team but a family!
Within just 2 weeks of having my shop up and running, I’d hit my first promotion! This was without hiring any team members or getting into people’s inboxes. The products I sell really do speak for themselves. All I did was make a facebook group and start advertising. It was a simple as that. A group which was only 26 strong when I first made it, now has 160 members and continues to grow daily. Essens is an almost untouched company in the UK; I was told when joining that this would be helpful and now I see why. Creating a buzz for the products has been easy especially as the producers of Lancôme and Estée Lauder have made our new makeup range. Our product list is already massive, with new ones being added all the time. Not only are the products amazing but I’m yet to run into a stock issue or a late delivery. If that doesn’t say something with covid-19 and everything else going on right now I don’t know what will. More people are using social media daily and doing shopping online.
We have multiple ways to earn through my company but the commission scheme is what gets me most excited. The promotion barriers are very achievable even for people that are completely new to multi level marketing (like me!). Free cars and holidays are being given to people in my team each month and I myself am not far off despite not being with them for very long. Now really is the time!
