Increasing Your Bottom Line Through Retaining Employees

I am Kamm Galloway, owner of KG Consulting. I equip frustrated and overwhelmed business owners who are tired of losing employees with the tools they need to retain their employees. l have been in Human Resource Management since 2010 and I have a great understanding that most business owners know how to hire employees, however, they do not know how to retain their employees once hired. My job is to keep employees in place and to save the business money, boosting the bottom line. My main job is to always boost the bottom line and retain current employees.

It's all about the numbers, your money! Most employers who do not have a human resource department, especially entrepreneurs do not take a close look at how their employees affect their bottom line. Unknowingly, employers do not know they are losing an average of $20,000 or more per employee who separates from the employers' workplace. If the company has lost 5 employees in 3 months, the employer lost $100,000 or more in only 3 months. If the company lost 20 employees in a year, the employer lost $400,000. Yes, employers are losing this much money without knowing, because they do not know their numbers and how employee separation affects their bottom line. This is wasted money, better yet, the employer just helped someone he or she does not know make a down payment on a home, moreover, purchase a brand new home with $100,000 or even $400,000.

What I do is tackle three underlying issues that result in an increase in the bottom line...hiring, management, and employee engagement. Truth be told, most employers do not effectively know how to hire the right employees. Which is the main issue with employee retention. When the wrong employees are hired they only stay for an average of 3 months. The second issue is management. After being hired, the main issue by employees quit a job is because of management. It's not that they didn't like the job, it's because management overall was not training to show appreciation for the employee and the employee felt undervalued and quit. The last issue is employee engagement. If an employee does not have much opportunity of engagement within a company, the employee is likely to leave the employers workplace because there is not a sense of belonging costing the employer again another $20,000.

I guarantee my consulting services with 8 months consultation with a guaranteed bottom line increase or the employer pays nothing.
