We are looking for Booking Agents who are ready to join our organization. As a Booking Agent you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all of the factors involved in your client's trip. You will be working and communicating with several of the major cruise lines, resorts/hotels, airlines, theme parks, and more. RESPONSIBILITIES

*Research, create, and execute personalized itineraries

*Take secure payments and apply them to your client's bookings and reservations

*Effectively communicate in a timely manner with client inquiries and pre/post travel

*Attend ongoing (live) trainings

*Stay up to date on changes within the tourism industry and with the travel protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

*Effective communication skills

*Positive attitude, trainable, and willingness to learn

*Cell phone or laptop/computer with reliable internet

*Personal travel experience is a huge plus
