Facing our fears....network marketing is emotional

Psalm 32:8 NIV - "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you."

We have to seek God's wisdom for our lives first, daily,  and we have to seek the wisdom of credible people as we make decisions.

The first person I heard say that money is emotional is Dave Ramsey.  I fully appreciate Dave Ramsey and his  financial ministry and advice.  Dave Ramsey answered my question about network marketing when I was first researching it and said it was a very viable option, people just need to understand it fully.  I am paraphrasing, since that conversation was a long time ago, but he never called it a scam.

He basically said have your eyes wide open.  If we are willing to adjust our thinking and learn the skills, we would find success.  Other people have done it and done it legally and professionally.

People don't make logical decisions about money, we all make emotional decisions.  Network marketing is the same way, since money and people are involved.  We have our fears to deal with about money and people which means we have to learn to face them to be successful.

The entry cost of a network marketing company is very low risk, which helps to alleviate that fear to a large degree.

Rejection is part of network marketing.  When you really boil it down, though, rejection is also part of life itself at different times.  How do we handle that rejection?  We learn to develop a resilience and a short term memory, meaning that we have to move to the next call or next prospect in line and not carry the sting of rejection into the next conversation.

The fact is that many of the people who initially reject network marketing or becoming a customer in our business just need time to process it and trust it, or actually trust us more fully.  If we handle the process correctly, we can help them see how the product and network marketing can make their lives better.  It takes communication skills and patience to accomplish this.

Personally I have learned to look at my fears this way, and have to do this to some degree on a daily basis.  I have to ask myself what I am really afraid of in approaching a person, and learn to imagine myself facing the fear, and then going through it to reach the result I need on the other side.

I also have learned that it's much easier to simply start asking questions, listen to the replies, and gradually ask deeper questions about what an individual is looking  for.  When I do that it takes some of the pressure off of myself and the other person, and in the natural flow of a conversation can point them to a presentation to learn about network marketing and my company.

I am also finding a deeper confidence in facing my fears the more I do it.  I want to help more people find that same confidence.  Staying in a comfort zone is a very dangerous thing, and more people need to understand that.  Network marketing is a better way and provides the life we want once we face our fears.

Please contact me and let's get to know each other and I will send you the information on my company if you are looking for a network marketing company to join.

Thanks
