After joining you have to buy stock for and sell and make a profit. When you sell your stock, you get from 15% - 48% profit into your pocket to spend as you like. You get paid when you recruit people to join the business under you. We work according to CC - Case credits/ Points. Your first stock that you buy can either be equivalent to (R3050 )1cc you become what we call a novus customer or buy stock for R6100 2cc that earns you an Assistant Supervisor status. Remember you have these two option of buying your stock. Once you accumulated 25 cc equal to Supervisor. then you can earn from R5 648 upwards depending on the number of case credits you have accumulated between yourself and you team. 75 cc equals Assistant Manager Level,  you can earn from R13 563 upwards and again depending on the number of cc's accumulated between yourself and team. 120 cc equals Manager Level. You can earn from R27 125 upwards, depending on the number of CCs accumulated from you and team.

You get paid when you recruit other people to join the business under you, for one person who joins and buy stock as follows: R6100 stock = R1054  once off Bonus, R3050 = R525 once off bonus. NB: you get all that within 10 days. You also get paid every month on the 15th depending on your rank and number of CCs you and you team make every month.
