Learning to Team Build on Auto Pilot!

When I first started working from home, many years ago now..... I had no idea how to do any of it.  

I was nervous, awkward and hated the idea of trying to talk to people about buying stuff or joining my team.  I especially didn't want to be 'that friend' who people started to avoid in case I was going to ask them to join me in the MLM world.  

To help me get started earning I focused on things I could do without having to actually speak to anyone -  I put catalogues through letterboxes and collected them from outside doors.  

I worked really hard and ended up getting over 300 regular customers..... 

There was a problem with this plan though, I was making money ok but I was exhausted and working constantly.  Eventually it took a big toll on me, and my health deteriorated.  As I had lost my job for health reasons I knew I had to do something different.  

That was when I turned to working completely online.  It was a complete revelation.  The earning from posting things online side of things was both easy and hard at the same time.  It was so easy to sit at the laptop and share some pics, but it was hard to know how to find new customers as well.  

From that point forward I embarked on such a journey of learning.  I learned so many things about social media, about target audiences and also about things like attraction marketing.  I also learned about creating content, blogging, about building email lists and using autoresponders.  

It was all quite confusing at first, and frustrating as well when I didn't get the results I wanted.  Yet I was hooked into this idea of being able to use the internet to build my business on autopilot.  

Fast forward a couple of years and I am now teaching other people how to do all these things.  

That is why I started The Elite Traffic Team.  It is a site where I focus a lot on the team building side of things, trying to make it as simple as possible for those who work online to learn how to move into the world of automation.
