If you get 3 friends in and they begin introducing people, those count towards your 10!! Then 25 people, $1k a month. 75 people, $2k a month. 250 people, $5k a month. 500 people, $10k a month. 1000 people, $20k a month. 2500 people, $50k a month. And the final rank, 5000 people, $100k a month. The marketing is completely optional and we provide marketing materials to help you build.
