How I Recruited 20 People Into My Business In One Month

Did I speak to anyone? Nope not really. 

Did I ask my friends or family to join me? Nope.

So what exactly did I do that enabled me to recruit 20 people into my business in one month? Some people cannot even recruit one person but I was able to recruit 20 people after I learnt strategies from different internet marketing leaders.

When I joined network marketing, my leader told me to stay clear and far away from internet marketers. She said they only wanted your money.

So I did just that and stayed away and still failed in my business. 

Just Trust Your Instinct  

Two years later I decided to trust my instinct and reach out to an internet marketer.

I was going against the advice of a top leader in my company but when your heart tells you to do something you just have to trust it.

I invested over $400 of my hard-earned money into the marketing course and have never looked back. It was the best decision I made.

I told myself that if you want success you just have to invest money in yourself. I never saw it as wasting.

I Did Not Know What Was Possible 

The training was superb and actually opened my eyes to things that I never knew was possible. It equipped me with the knowledge that helped me to go out into the marketplace, show people my offer and recruit 20 people into my business in one month without speaking to a single person.

Had I just gone along with my intuition 2 years ago, I would have been a lot further in my business now. But as they always say, you learn from your mistakes and boy did I learn.

I learnt by time.

Now I help other network marketers avoid the mistakes that I made by showing them what they can do very early on in their business.

I see that as helping them avoid months or years of frustration. Because trust me, I too know what that was like.

There were times when I would cry myself to sleep because I saw other distributors succeeding.

I was not!

I wanted that success too.

But life prepares you for disappointments. It is those disappointments that make you a stronger person.

I suppose that my longer learning curve was exactly what I needed to be the person that I am today. 

Helping Others

And here I am teaching my learnt strategies to other network marketers who just want to see some results.

How I recruited 20 people into my business in one month? You need to understand that the key to getting great results especially in marketing is having three fundamental things: a business, a marketing tool and traffic.

When I started network marketing I only had a business. It was the marketing tool and traffic that was missing and this is what almost every network marketer misses in their own business.

Some also feel that it is possible to talk to just 100 people a day and it will lead to sign-ups. Maybe that could work but it is not the best way.

You probably need to speak to over a thousand people to see any great results and it took me a long time, a very long time to understand that.

So to you the network marketer who is reading this. Get yourself a good marketing tool and focus on traffic and you will see better results.
