My name is Althea and I am just trying to get my business up and running... I have been hesitant as I really do not like to bother people, I am trying to build up my confidence in order to promote my business. I love the products and know that the products are phenomenal.
Last year after working for a company for 25 years, we were all made redundant with no severance package nor any kind of funding. It was devastating, it has been difficult for us. I realize that I have a dream and it is up to me to pursue it and this is a start to doing what I love. I have two beautiful kids and my son has been encouraging me to pursue this and not give up. It is not easy for me to express myself not is it easy for me to sell, but my son said "Mom you are not selling, just explain what you do and show how much you love doing what you do". That sounds so easy, but to be honest I really do not know where to start. After being knocked down, sometimes it is hard to get back up.
What I can say is listed below and hope that individuals will see me and not someone trying to sell.

My story began when I met another Younique presenter at the Nail Salon. I saw that she had a book with a mascara on the back ... at the time I did not know she was a presenter for the company.
The conversation started by me asking her if she knew of any mascara that will lengthen my lashes without me wearing falsies and she said "yep" try this one and I purchased it from her right away. Well I have to say she was telling the truth. I tried it for 4 months but in the meantime she just kept encouraging me to review the company and suggested I may want to purchase the presenter kit by informing me of all the products that were included.
I have to say I love the products and I am working towards creating and expanding my business.
