I worked my whole life and with 2 children at home, I was fed up missing school plays and being away from my babies for 11 hours a day.

As a senior manager in an Insurance company, I was used to working with people, managing a large operation, however I always felt like I was missing out on my children so much, sometimes, not even making it home for bedtime. Parent guilt is real.
