Too many people

There are far too many people spending countless number of useless hours on social media and playing games.
If they were to put one quarter of their time into personal development and into building a business they would have something worthwhile in the end.
Many people hate the thought of recruiting people and or selling something and frankly I don’t blame them. But that is not all that building a business online or off or in fact getting the J O B of their dreams is all about. There is far more involved behind the scenes in the way a person thinks. In all business stinkin’ thinkin’ can destroy anything the fastest.
Why is it people do not understand the benefits of personal development. Is it they think there is no way they can improve on themselves or is it they just simply don’t want to or is it they don’t want to be told they can be better than they are right here, right now. We are where we are at this moment because we are meant to be here but that does not mean we are meant to stay here, the way we are for the rest of our lives.
So many people go through life hardly able to spell the word RESPECT let alone know or understand the meaning of it or how to use it.
Personal development does not change you unless you want to change rather it causes you to grow, and develop a personality that sets you apart from those around you just as branding does with a business.
It is said “if a business is not working the way it is does not mean it is a failure, it means you have to change the direction it is heading by changing it persona”.
Edison built the light bulb and when asked how it felt to fail 11,000 times, his reply was I did not fail 11,000 times, I just found that many ways it didn’t work.
People fail at business because they do not understand what it takes to make it work and then how to make what they found work for them. People fear change, commitment, and consistency.
We all want business partners but not all businesses are a fit for everyone.
We all want to grow our businesses and as a result we all want to rush out and dump it in front of everyone and anyone who will listen. That is not the way to do it as often it is a waste of our time because even though they present an audience they are deaf to what we are saying because it is of absolutely no interest but because they are courteous they sit and act like they are listening.
The easiest way to get a donkey to walk and if you have never worked with a donkey they have a mind of their own, is to hand a carrot in front of him just far enough he can’t reach it.
Instead of asking everyone to join your business, you need to offer everyone a solution to an issue they may be having.
How does your business fit with the business or businesses they already are doing?
What if anything can you offer them of value to enhance their present business/businesses?

How many of you spend money on business cards. It is a well-known fact business cards do not work. People write on them, lose them and throw them away.
