How To Begin Signing Up 1 New Person Every Week In Your MLM Business

What would having a new person, every week, join your business?

Would this be beneficial to you?

Would it make a difference?

Of course it would, even if you sign up 100 people a week, one more is always welcome!

But for many, just 1 a week is a start and a level they wish they could get to.

So here is what to do to get to that 1 new rep a week.

Hire A Coach

To get to one new rep a week, you need to find a coach that can do this task already.

If you hire someone who is at the level you need to be, then you will have the most odds for you that you will be able to as well.

The secret to getting to new levels inside of network marketing, is people who are successful always hire someone who is a step ahead of them.

Doing this gets you one on one conversations and gets you all the secrets, tips, and any question you have answered.

Learn the methods of someone who is a step ahead of you, and your odds are in your favor that you will get there.

Find Your Weakness

We all have a weakness in us, and in our business.

What's yours?

Find your weakness and work on it. If you hire a coach, they will get that weakness out of you and will most likely "Force" you to defeat the weakness.

Weaknesses can be:

  • Phone Fear
  • Can't Generate Your Own Leads
  • Procrastination
  • Shyness
  • Low Work Ethic
  • Afraid Of Taking Risks
  • Excuses

Locate what your weakness is, and make sure you eliminate the problem.

It serves you better to work more on what you are not good at, if getting to a new level is what you desire.

Expand Your Skills

How much do you really know about network marketing?

Knowing the comp plans, product details, company founders, etc is all good to know.

But how much do you know about the following:

  • Lead Generation
  • Branding
  • Closing Prospects
  • Objection Handling
  • Content Creation
  • Sponsoring
  • Duplication Among Your Team

See these are super important skills needed to be successful in this industry, and many people just avoid them all together.

Knowing all about your product is important, no doubt. But knowing how to find people who want to purchase it is even better. Also, knowing how to close sales when you come across people who use objections is key.

Work Your Numbers

If you are in the position where just 1 new rep a week would make a big difference, then you are not working the numbers.

The numbers must be worked daily, to see new signups.

How many people have you spoke to about the business?

How many presentations have you given out?

How many follow ups have you made?

It takes several a week to just get one person, so it is most important to begin working the numbers because you will learn new skills on your own.

Nothing is better than hands on experience!
