If you´re prospecting and recruiting one person a time, you´re hauling buckets !
Have you heard the old story from "Rich Dad Poor Dad" about Ed and Bill?
It's about two contractors who were hired by a village to deliver water on a daily basis.
Ed immediately bought two steel buckets. And began running back and forth hauling
water from a lake a mile away. Bill on the other hand, built a pipeline, connecting the village to the lake.
And was able to supply the village with water 24 hours a day, without lifting a finger.
Now here's a simple question... Would you rather be Ed or Bill?
Most network marketers fool themselves into thinking they'll become like Bill once they
recruit enough people into their business. This rarely happens.
Because the reality is, if you're prospecting and recruiting one person a time, you're hauling
buckets. And you'll be doing it for a very long time before you see any real payoff, if ever. (most never do)
So then why not focus on building a pipeline right from the get-go? Instead of looking for people who "might" be interested in your business...
... why not create a system that's going to look for, find and deliver the most perfect prospects to you?
As someone who's hauled MANY buckets for years, probably 'cause I was too stubborn to admit I was
wrong, I'll tell you that creating a system makes a heckuva lot more sense.
It's MUCH FASTER. Takes a lot LESS EFFORT. And it's virtually REJECTION FREE.
And yet... The vast majority of network marketers are STILL hauling buckets because that's what
they've been taught.
