Edifying a business leader

What is most important in network marketing is that you need to edify your leader(s) instead of just sharing the benefits of joining your business. Or taking 30 minutes to tell people how this and that product can help them with their health. Or you can make so much money in this business without working too hard. You will loose your prospect within a minute.

But when you tell them about a young guy who was very successful in network marketing but decided to do his own thing and has grown his business within a couple of years to one of the most successful businesses and how one of his first prospects became his wife! And how they work together to train their people to become successful, then you get their attention and your prospect will ask you where to get a link to learn more about these two people! 

When we partnered with Josh and Jenna Zwagil in their network marketing business we saw and learned from them how to edify the leaders. One of their top earners, Robert Hollis, also edifies Josh and Jenna every time he speaks to new people. Robert Hollis and his wife, Teri, have been in the network marketing industry for 32 years and he knows the benefit of edifying these young leaders who have made it to the top.

This is something we never learned before in other businesses. It should never be just about the money. If you cannot relate to the leaders and trust them and follow them, maybe you are on the wrong path then.

A bit about me. Since I became interested in living healthier when my husband was diagnosed with the Big C, we also took on a more natural path in the garden. I started with a worm farm (vermicomposting) and have since trained many people on how to start a small lasagne food garden at home. I have co-written a book on vermicomposting and food gardening.
