- Find out the situation – see what friction in between where they are and where they want to be
- Keep the chit chat and small talk short

- What’s going on in your life/ business right now?
- How long have you been in network marketing
- How many people have you recruited
- How much money are you making per month
- How are you getting leads? How many leads are you getting per day?
- What are your health/ business / fitness goals/ skincare?
- What do you want to accomplish?
- Where are you at in business/ life right now? And where they want to be
PROBLEM QUESTIONS:- Situation questions will lead to their problems
- Figure out what stuff is important to them – time, money, leads, cash flow
- I don’t have enough time
- I don’t have enough Cash flow
- I don’t have enough Leads
- You need to figure out why this stuff is important to them
- Why do you need more cash flow, leads, time?
- What’s stopping you from ranking in your business?
- What’s stopping you losing weight? Generating leads?
IMPLICATION QUESTIONS: (this is what costs people and triggers them to buy)
- You need to spend a majority of your time with these questions
- What’s going on in their life that is being affected by these problems
- What’s being implicated/ affected – relationships, health, money, time with kids?
- How does having no time freedom, cash flow, leads affect you?
- The impact on the personal life is what makes them buy
- Why do you want to lose 30 pounds in 30 days?
- What would it mean to you if you lost 30 pounds, got 5-10 leads per day?
- How does this affect your time? Family? Money?
